Lazio has signed Joachim Openda from Bayern Munich for an undisclosed fee, with the Italian club paying €25 million ($28 million) to secure the signing of the young defender.
Openda is just 19 years old and already features in the German national team's squad, having made his debut against South Korea in November 2021. He has been impressive in his time at Bayern, making 27 appearances in all competitions this season, including six starts in the Bundesliga.
